TRIAD AREA MAKEUP ARTIST

Educated Beauty

FUN FACT:

Whether you’re going to Prom, Graduation, attending a gala or taking Senior pictures; I want to provide you with a cost effective rate to get your makeup done for the special moments of high school and/or college.

A Woman's Worth

FUN FACT:

I am a nationally published makeup artist for my work in Hype Hair & Sophisticate's Black Hair magazines. I enjoy the intimacy, the conversation, and witnessing with other women; but more importantly taking the moment to breathe.

Journey to the Crown

FUN FACT:

I began as a delegate before I ever started doing makeup for Pageant Queens. I understand the time commitment, the thrill, the behind-the-scenes experience.

I am Ms. Full Figured NC 1st Runner Up 2018.

Be Comfortably Flawless

FUN FACT:

I love building relationships with my Brides. We get to know each other 4-6 months prior to their wedding being in constant contact. Many of my Brides keep in touch long after their wedding day, a friendship blossomed.

Makeup Artistry

Makeup has long been part of my creative language — not as transformation, but as a way of seeing, honoring, and tending to the face as a living canvas. Over the years, this work has been rooted in presence, trust, and the relationships formed in moments of quiet preparation and shared reflection.

My relationship to makeup artistry has evolved. While I no longer offer traditional, volume-based makeup services, makeup remains part of my creative practice in a more intentional, relational way.

How Makeup Lives in My Work Now

Today, makeup appears as ritual beauty — offered slowly, selectively, and with care. Rather than focusing on trends or techniques, this work centers presence, witnessing, and the experience of being seen.

These offerings are not instructional or corrective in nature and are not designed for large events or production timelines. They are held privately and only when aligned.

Current Availability

At this time, I am not accepting new makeup clients. I continue to work selectively with returning clients based on relationship, alignment, and availability. This allows the work to remain grounded, present, and nourishing rather than rushed or transactional.

Ritual beauty sessions may be offered occasionally within Kintsugi Collective or by invitation, and availability is guided by capacity.

What Is No Longer Offered

To protect the integrity of the work and the space in which it is held, I am no longer accepting:

~large bridal parties or volume bookings

~time-intensive event preparation

~instructional makeup lessons

~on-demand or rush services

I am deeply grateful for the many seasons of artistry and connection that shaped this chapter and continue to inform the way I work today.

A Closing Note

Makeup, for me, has always been about care — not performance. As this work continues to evolve, I remain open to meaningful, aligned moments where ritual beauty feels supportive and true.

Makeup Artistry

Makeup artistry has always been about more than appearance for me. It has been a space of care, presence, and relationship — a quiet moment where someone is seen before they step forward into the world.

Over time, this work has evolved.

How Makeup Artistry Exists Now

Makeup artistry through NiSi’s Eyes is no longer offered as a traditional service with open booking or standing availability. Instead, it lives as a selective, relational practice, rooted in intention and care.

This work is held slowly, thoughtfully, and without urgency.

What this looks like:

~Ritual beauty moments connected to meaningful life events

~Select opportunities for returning clients

~Presence-led sessions, not service menus

~Care over correction, honoring over enhancement

This is not about trends, timelines, or volume.
It is about preparation as presence.

Current Availability

I am not accepting new makeup clients at this time.

Returning clients are welcome to inquire based on relationship, timing, and alignment. Availability is limited and offered with intention.

If you are unsure whether your request fits the way I work now, you are welcome to reach out thoughtfully.

What Is No Longer Offered

To remain aligned with my current practice, I am no longer providing:

~Traditional bridal makeup bookings

~On-location or multi-service makeup packages

~Open calendars or standard booking links

This shift allows the work to remain grounded, spacious, and nourishing — for both the client and myself.

A Note on Care

Makeup artistry here is not about becoming someone else.
It is about honoring who you already are — quietly and without performance.
