I met Courtney at the beginning of my makeup artistry journey and she has truly been a great friend and always there to brainstorm and lend an ear when I’m trying to get my life together, personally and professionally. What are some things a Bride should consider when looking for a Bridal Makeup Artist?
Time- How long will your day be? What time will all of your vendors arrive? The bridal party’s arrival time? Be realistic when planning your day and leave a cushion for things that may come up since you can’t predict the weather and so much more.
Snacks- Make sure you eat as well as your bridal party. We as service providers try not to take ‘lunch break’ to keep everything going. Everyone needs to stay hydrated. Be careful when trying to make sure your waist is snatched. You also want to make it through the day.
Know your coins- Weddings can get expensive. Be realistic in what you can or can’t contribute for your bridal party’s beauty services. Don’t go in debt because of one day. You have the rest of your lives to make more moments and memories.
