I don’t know how I found this voice, but once I did; I sought her out. Alex Isley’s smooth, pitch perfect sound is what drew me in. Although, closely related to the Isley Brothers; her vocals stand their own ground.
Alexandra Isley is an American singer-songwriter and producer. She released her debut EP The Love/Art Memoirs in 2012. She already has a catalog of great music and has been featured with some amazing artists such as Tank and the Bangas, Moonchild, Masego, Robert Glasper, and so many more. As I mentioned, she is the daughter of Ernie Isley; I truly believe her music is timeless and she definitely had staying power.
